I hope you’re doing well. Last time, I promised you that I would make a new blog where I show you where and how to upload the document dozer for EGO.
Step 1: Start the EGO Website
Just like we started earlier, we’ll open the EGO website, apply online, and then go to the end to click “Go.” Last time we applied, we gave two values and did it online. This time, we need to upload the document.
From here, simply access it, select your T (which is the branch), enter the student V university access code, and sign in. It will then ask you for a token. Click “Generate,” and an email will be sent to your Outlook. Copy the token from the email and paste it here. Once done, your account opens.
Step 2: Upload the Document
Like last time, I’m using a random ID just to show you how to upload the document. There are options like “Communicate with Ego” and “Check your Position.” You can check communications from Ego or check the status of your document.
Now, for uploading, first, select the ID card and tax code. After selecting, you’ll click “After You.” However, it won’t send unless the document is in Italian. So, you have to click here to upload the document.
Selecting and Uploading Files
Click “File,” select your file, and if it’s not in Italian, translate it first. After that, click “Finish.” Once you’ve done this, the document will be uploaded.
Step 3: Required Documents to Upload
You need to upload three things:
- Passport – since you’re in Pakistan and the tax code hasn’t been created yet.
- Income Document – which should be legalized, uploaded to MOFA, and translated if necessary.
- Translated Documents – create a separate PDF for the translated version, and upload all together.
Now, go back to the “Documentation” section and click on “Foreign Income Documentation.” Translate it from English to Italian, and click “Aavaan” to upload your documents.
Step 4: Upload Foreign Documents
Upload whatever documents you have, like the FRC, income documents, and anything legalized by MOFA. Once done, click “Aavaan” again for confirmation.
Step 5: Final Upload
Now, the third thing to upload is your APO style and translated document. If you got it translated and legalized after coming here, upload it by clicking “Substantive Control Documentation Online.”
Again, make sure it’s translated into Italian before uploading. After this, all your documents should be uploaded.
Step 6: Verify Your Documents
Go back to the “Home” section and verify that all the documents have been sent. You can check the dates and see which ones were sent in 2023 and 2024. This year, we’ve uploaded the same things as last year—ID card, tax code, foreign income documentation, and substantive control documentation.
Additional Information
One more thing: I mentioned in the previous blog about submitting your bank account details. When your Italian bank account is created, click “Send” and provide your IBAN. Your scholarship or any money will be sent to that IBAN.
Conclusion
I hope you found this blog helpful. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments. I’ll try my best to respond in time. See you in the next blog!
